AskoziaPBX was a FreeBSD-based PBX/telephony system with a web interface for VoIP and call routing. The project is no longer maintained or available.
DesktopBSD was a FreeBSD-based desktop OS using KDE 3.5. It aimed for user-friendliness but saw no activity after ~2015 and is considered defunct.
TrueOS (formerly PC-BSD) was a desktop-focused FreeBSD derivative with ZFS boot environments, Lumina desktop, and easy package management. Discontinued around 2020 by iXsystems (focus shifted to TrueNAS).
